OOF outlook 2000 (out of office) returs old messages

Hello,

I just migrated form exchange 2000 to 2003.
Most of the people are using outlook 2000

When some ons uses OOF for the second time the OOF still returs the old
message.
Typing a new message ore deleting the teks and than restart the pc doas
not help.
I keep sending the firs message that whas typed.

I found on thing for exchange 2000 but can't find this tool for
exchange 2003
