Prefer OOF Prompt versus OOF Balloon

Hello,

We recently migrated to Outlock 2007 on our client PCs but are still running
Exchange 2003. People are not seeing the "OOF auto-replies are on Balloon"
because it is far too small. Consequently they are sending OOF messages long
after they have returned.

My first choice would be to get the "Out of Office is currently on. Would
you like to turn it off?" prompt back. Next best solution would be to
dramatically increase the size of the OOF ballon and make it "modal" that
that it must be opened or X'ed to close it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot change that behavior in Outlook 2007.
