Windows Vista only start menu and the icons disappear

only start menu and the icons disappear,,help me please...

hey...
my start menu wont appear.. but the flag(windows) still there.
the taskbar still there. but i cant right click on it


i have already done some suggestions
but my start menu still doesn't show up

when i tried... the "explorer.exe" thing, my document folder appeared, and i tried it again... but still...doesnt affect the start menu

can anyone help please......
i already got this prob for about a month now...

i've just tried,,,and my start menu is still not working...
i wonder... perhaps it would help if the restore point date older than a month ,,
but at system restore only has older than 5 days (only until 7 days) present
,,,
and also i've tried windows memory diagnostic tool,, but that didnt change anything either...and i got no problem found with the memory
