Only open up in Safe Mode

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 on an XP. The program has been very
sluggish and now will open up only in Safe Mode.

I've run the office diagnostics (everything is "fine") and rescanned my
system with my virus checker even though it is current an on anyway. It is
updated.

If someone can tell me what to try next, I'm ready. Thank you in advance.

Start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). Disable all
add-ons. Restart Outlook in it normal mode. Same problem still show
up? If not, you have a screwed up add-on. Enable one add-on and
restart Outlook to see if the problem reappears. If not, enable the
next add-on, restart Outlook, and retest. When the problem reappears,
you know it was due to the prior add-on you just enabled.
