Only CPU Utilization

I have a new instalation of Win 2K advance server. All
Patches and fixes are applied. No viruses are on the
machine. No other programs are installed.
Hardware is Dell 650 Server, 1GIG RAM.

I checked the Task manager and noticed that ONLY CPU is
being utilized. there is no activity in the memory.

Is this normal?

Have you used the View / CPU history / One graph per CPU option?

It is NOT normal.

A uniprocessor HAL is installed?

See tip 2013 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com
to switch to a multi-processor HAL if that is the problem.
