online virus check

Hi,
I think my pc may have a virus that I am unable to find at
this point. I have norton 2004 professional with all the
updates. I went to symantec online virus check like I have
done in the past. Now when I start the online virus check,
the program starts briefly, then stops and says I need IE
5 or higher, scripting and active x enabled. I have IE 6
and scripting and active x are enabled. I still am unable
to scan from the online check. Symantec doesn't support
the security check via phone or emails so I am stuck. I
have Microsoft service packs 1 and 2 and all the updates
with them. Is their something else I can do or another
site that has online virus checks that render results?

go to trendmicro.com and use their free online scan. It catches stuff
that norton and mcafee sometimes miss.
