Online Help search yields no info

When I select "MS Office FrontPage Help," do an online search and then select a topic from search results, Frontpage 2003 always returns an empty page with the message "action canceled." I have no problem connecting to MS Office Online, just a problem displaying the results. Suggestions?

In FP and the Help Task pane select Online Content Settings (at bottom) and make sure it is enabled
