I have a windows 2000 servers. I have 2000 people in my orginazation. I also
have a win 2k file server. Each usere has space on the file server. Is there
a way to allow my uers to access there files from the web. By eather a FTP
server or a web base file server like yahoo Briefcase.

Sure there is... IIS, an Win2k component, will serve even 2000 users easily
even if they access the files simultaneously -- especially if you have more
than
one processor.
