1:1 file transfer (without messengers)

Is there any application that I can directly send files to someone by
connecting to him using IP address (supposing both have that program)?

NOT THESE KINDS OF THINGS, PLEASE----------------------------

No messengers
We can do that with messengers but they are slow and requires member
registration.

No p2p sharing programs
Those are not what I want, I want to send specific files directly to
someone.

No FTP, WEB servers
Too complicated to run FTP servers. I just want to send some files

No web storage service
Web storages like Yahoo briefcase are not suitable. Again, direct
transfer.

Send the files by email.

Good point, Alias.
But, if files are too heavy (big) to send by mail ?
OExpress can deal with ?
Or send them by http mail (GMail, eg) ?
Regards.

That's up to the ISP.

OE has nothing to do with it.

Personally, for this kind of thing, I use AIM because it will let you
send folders/directories, not one individual file at a time. I have sent
up to 8GB using AIM.

Presumably they can both set up a website and upload files - like you would
a cv - which is presumably similar to what gotomypc.com do - except there
would be no middle person.

I gather that AIM is AOL Instant Messenger.

Yes, the only thing I like about AOL is AIM and I only use it for
transferring files to other computers, never for chat or IMing.

Hey, I'm serious. E-mail? Do you think I posted this question not
knowing how to attach files to e-mails? Isn't there any simple
application that can send and receive files directly using IP address?
