one user profiel out of several got currupted.

i am facing a problem, on one xp pc one of the users, when
logged on, is not able to access windows explorer and also
my computer. it suddenly close the application. all other
users can do the same without problem.

can somebody help me out, can contact me on

Try to backup the profile and install a new one and recover the needed
files.
