One user can't access database

I have one user that all of a sudden cannot access the
database. Says she needs permissions. She has been able
to use in the past. I did not change any permissions.
Any suggestions.

What permission does the error state that she needs?

Was she prompted to sign on with her userid and password when she tried to
open the database? If not, she needs to rejoin the workgroup.
