One time password

Hi i would like to know if there is a way to create a user for a public
workstation (library) for internet access that would be one time password and
would have one hour to use the user. After one hour the user would be logof
of the workstation and the pasword would change.

The people that would know what is the password would be the one who work
for the librart

I don't know if it can be done

Any help is appreciate

There might be some third party software out there that could do something
like this; however, I don't know how it could be done natively in XP.
