One question, please regarding Outlook 2007

When I do a reply to an E-mail to someone, or especially when someone replies
to an E-mail that I sent them, the color of the type (font) that that someone
typed is always a bright yellow and unreadable. I have highlight it, then
copy it, and then paste it in Notepad to read it. How can I get this font to
show up as a dark color when I receive E-mails?

From toolbar, edit message, highlight contents of email, change font color
and save message

Yes; I know when I create a message how to do this; however, when I receive a
message that is a reply to mine, there is no option for me to change the
color of the font on it. I don't know what to do; thank you. Ben J.

Do just what Karen said: open the message, click Edit>Edit Message,
highlight the portion you want to change, then use the formatting toolbar to
change the font color. Close the message and choose Yes when asked if you
want to save the changes.

I don't have an " Edit>Edit Message" option anywhere. That's what
I'm trying to say.

Did you open the message first (i.e., double-click it in the message list so
that it opens in its own window)?
