Databases don't (by default) have "activities" - that is something
that you (or the developer) put into the database, not a native Access
feature.
My guess is that you have a table of activities, and that the value of
one activity got edited. If you open that table (or the maintenance
form which hopefully was provided for that purpose) you should be able
to edit it back.
Not knowing anything at all about the structure of your database, how
your activities are stored, or how they're related I can't be more
precise than that!
