One-click link to macro

Hi,

I created a macro to insert an image into a Word doc. How do I create a
one-click link to the macro? Also, when I open docs that weren't authored by
me,I am unable to run my macro. Is the macro assigned to the normal.dot for
each computer?

Macros are stored in templates; unless you choose a specific template, they
are stored in Normal.dot. You can use Tools | Customize to add a toolbar
button for your macro, and that button will be stored in the same template
with the macro.
