Plz give a Macro for inserting Image in MS Word..

Hi,
Please provide me a macro for inserting an Image in MS Word at a particular width & height, where in the file name of the Image is same as the file name of MS Word document. For eg: in a folder i have got 50 Image Files and in another folder, i have got 50 MS Word Files and file name for respective Image & Word files are same. When i open the doc file, i need a macro which demands the two image & word folders from where it will insert the image in a word of the same file name at a particular width & height (choice-able) with layout = behind text.
