On LOCAL C drive

I have put Microsoft Office 2000 on my pc and when I goto to my computer there is a square puzzle in the left hand with a CD over top of the drive. How do I remove it...
 
If you're saying that the icon for you C drive has changed, you need to look for a file named "autorun.inf" in the root of the drive and delete it.
