I am trying to type a minutes worksheet for my boss and typing in a table,
but is there a way to enter another table by hitting the enter or tab key.
basically he ants a box that has a list of to do items and when he hits tabs
he wants another box to appear to add anotheer to do item, any suggestions?

Thank you

Pressing the Tab key when you are at the bottom row of the table will
add another Row. Is this not sufficient? If not, then I would suggest
that you create an AutoText entry with the formatting of the table that
you want and then you can insert that at the appropriate location in the
document.

In a table cell you can press Enter in order to "list" another item in the
same cell.

If this or Dawn's reply isn't what you need perhaps a more exact description
would help. Specify what version of Word as well.
