On desktop mqinx.exe

When logging on, a window appears saying cannot find
C:/windows/system32/mqinx.exe.
Has any one any ideas what this is and how I may get rid
of it?

Jules...I am having the same problem--did you find a solution? This happened just before I received a message from my virus "protection" program indicating I have a trojan horse virus which it cant quarantine or delete so it has denied access to it. I'm wondering if this mqinx file can be deleted without harm. Anyone know? Thank you.
