I'd like to know if you can send and reply under another users mailbox
without On Behalf Of or FROM selected and your name showing up in the field
when the sender receives the message using Outlook 2003 on Exchange SBS 2003
Server? The user has full Rights and Ownership of the mailbox, but when mail
is sent or replied from the delegated users account it states that the mail
is from the sender.

The sender apparently does not have Send As permission on the mailbox, which can be granted only by the adminsitrator.

In Active Directory U&C give the user Send As permissions on the other
user's object. In Outlook you can only set On Behalf Of... permissions.

You can make the person a delegate of the mailbox they need to send on behalf
of, or you can do it via AD U&C. The AD U&C method would be the way I'd
suggest doing things. I've seen some kooky SID issue on mailboxes when
delegates leave the company and the delegation isn't removed.

Via AD U&C:Open the user account, click the Exchange General tab, then you
can add Send on behalf there.

Remember, Send on Behalf and Send As are two different things. Send As gets
granted via the Security tab of the user account if that's what you determine
you need.
