Omitting name from email?

My name appears at top of first page of email received (not the "To" line).
Deleting headers does keep it from printing. How can I keep my name from
printing on the email? I am using MS Word 2003 with XP.

what kind of application are you using to read/recieve emails? Your
question is most likely better asked in a forum for that application ...
