Windows XP OLYMPUS Master.exe

This seems to have been a recurring topic I have looked on the site but have not yet really seen an answer to the problem .On Olympus master when I try to make what they call a muvee using photographs and adding music I come to the point where I click on to " make a muvee " at this point I get an error message saying Olympus has hit a problem and needs to close another box then appears asking if I want to report this problem to microsoft when I duly tick the box to agree to this it then asks if I want to see more info.which might stop this problem I am taken to another browser asking if I wish to download Quick time player????????what all that is about I don't know as this certainly seems to have nothing to do with my problem. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the programme with no joy
