OLE Object Resizes on "Update"

Feature or Bug?

Excel chart is embedded into a PPT presentation - right-click/update, and
chart will resize to the size in Excel (say, zoomed to 70% in Excel).

Is there any way to stop this?

Yes, I'm running SP2. Anybody else have ideas?
