OLE isn't registered, please reinstall!

When I want to open Access Data Pages with embedded object
Microsoft Access show me this message OLE isn't
registered, please reinstall!
 
I can open the start of a new db, then dialog box opens
and say register required and need to reinstall access. I
did a new configration from win 2000 disk to repair and so
on. Did not help, still getting the same message. Does any
one have a suggestion. Thanks
