How do I reinstall the OLE server for MS Office Access 2003

I converted a MS Access 97 database to Access 2003. Have tried to delete a
picture on a form. It then gives me the following message:

The OLE server isn't registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

Access is an OLE server, but it also uses other OLE servers. In this
case, it seems to be saying that the OLE server used to display the
picture is not correctly installed. What kind of picture is it? When
you look at the properties for the picture, what does it tell you?

This is the first time at this for me.
I had a look at the properties and it is a "Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0
Photo" OLE Class. I then thought that I might do a right click and see what
options I had. I saw "Change To"-----"Image". I did that and then I was
able to delete the image. All worked well. Thanks for your reply, it
pointed me in a direction to start looking in.

Greetings! I finally had resolved the “OLE†problem this afternoon. And this
problem puzzled for 10 days, even IT professors in my university could not
resolve it. You can install the Microsoft office xp without uninstall
Microsoft office 2007. Yes, it is the problem of “photo editor†in office xp
disc. Besides, I am a foreign student in USA, so you can see my English is
very poor. Haha. But I resolved this problem, whatever~~
