OLE error

After upgrading from win2000 to XP pro, I am getting the
message "Businessworks OLE server failed to initialize"
when I run the Bizworks program.
 
My solution: I am running BusinessWorks as a published application on a Windows 2000 Citrix server, with both the data and the application stored locally on the Citrix server. I got the same error when I moved the Citrix server from one domain to another. The resolution in my case was to reinstall the BusinessWorks Network Client.
