Old pages are showing up

I just updated my website. I have several PDF forms. They are all 2006 forms
that replaced 2004 forms. Depending on which computer I'm using sometimes the
2004 form comes up and sometimes the 2006 form comes up. Does anybody have
any idea what causes this issue?

Try refreshing the old pages on the computers where they are showing up. If
the new page appears, flush the browser cache.

You might also try doing a Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks on the remote
site.
