Old machine died - how do I recover Outlook?

After installed Office XP on new PC, I copied Outlook files from Documents
and settings (appl data and local setting) - including Outlook.pst. I also
created a CSV from my WAB (address book) and imported to outlook. Prior to
bringing in Outlook.pst and other files, OUTLOOK was using the ADDRESS BOOK
as the contact list. Afterward, this link is gone.

But the real problem is how can I restore Outlook to a new PC if the USER
NAME directory is not the same as the old machine. What files do I copy and
when? And where so I reset the directory names so outlook finds everything.

I even tried to create a new user so that there would be the same directory
name as the old machine, but Outlook still does not like the outlook.pst file
I am copying over.
