How do I export all my e-mail accounts from hotmail to windows mail?

You can't. Windows Mail doesn't do web mail such as Hotmail.
It only works with POP3 or IMAP accounts.
 
You don't because Windows Mail does not support Hotmail. It was removed.

Windows Live Mail desktop (still in beta) will be taking over the
Hotmail/MSN web based email.
