Old deleted info shows up in search

I'm the webmaster of a pet rescue organization using Frontpage 2000. I'm
using the search function so that people can search for adoptable rabbits by
breed, color etc. Before publishing I always run tools/recalulate hyperlinks
with hopes of keeping the search data base up to date. It isn't working.
Rabbits that have been adopted and deleted from the site are showing up in
searches. If you click on their name it comes up with page not found. They
are not in the navagation sceme and have been deleted from the web site. How
can I clean the data base so only available bunnies show up in searches? Is
there a data base file that I can delete so the data base will rebuild it's
self? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Open your live site and do the recalculate hyperlinks there.

Very cool, I did not know you could do that. Took me a while to figure out
how to do that, but it worked. Thank you muchly
