old bug still in newsreader

Seems microsoft is not listening. There is a stupid bug left over from
outlook express that is still in the reincarnated version "Vista Microsoft
Mail"

Bug: When using two monitors, popups such for "catch up" or setting the
newsgroup synchronization show up on the primary monitor instead of the
current one.. THIS HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 2004 . When I first complained
about this I was told there would be no further changes to OE because it was
being retired and was given this reference as proof:
http://tinyurl.com/yurswm Well that Microsoft product manager got it only
1/2 right. I notice his name is Dan Leach and was wondering if that last
name was mis-spelled.

The dialog box should open in the display that the newsreader is in.

my 2c.
