OL2007 - Exchange2010 Save All Attchments not working

In our environment with OL2007 and EX2010
it isn´t possible to do a Save All Attachments on mails
with multiple attachments which have been sent to us from
outside our organisation.

Mails sent from inside our environment is working fine to save all
attchments.

What happens when you try?
Any error messages or is the option just grayed out?
