OL2007 crash with Insert Picture

I can crash Outlook 2007 almost 100% of the time by simply clicking
Insert Picture From File (which I have put on the Quick Access bar).
My only workaround is to be sure always to save my draft before
inserting a picture.

I would be delighted if there were any way to resolve or at least
better define this problem; it certainly is annoying!

Office 2007 on Vista Ultimate.

I am with you. Crashes 100% of the time after I select "Insert" button
in the File Selection dialog. I am on XP Media Center on ACER Laptop.
Saving draft does not work for me

Found and fixed: For me it was the Snagit Addin. Removing it fixed my
