Here's the scoop -- one of my users can't perform a right-click on a
file on the desktop and do a Send To, Mail Recipient. He gets "This
action could not be completed."
The Send To, Mail Recipient doesn't work in Office products either.
What I've done to try to resolve this:
-recreated profile
-removed outcmd.dat to get recreated
-he's running in cached mode, so I deleted the *.ost file to get
recreated
-checked to see if Outlook is the default email client in IE, Internet
Options, programs
-he's running no PSTs
-I sent the error report to Microsoft and it came back saying it's a
problem with Winfax Pro -- but that's not installed.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
