OL2003 duplicate emails even after SP2

Outlook 2003 repeatedly downloads duplicate e-mails from my Yahoo POP
account, with the 'Leave at Server' (for 20 days) option. I read the KB
article that claims this was fixed in one of the service packs. I have SP2
installed... and it still happens. I DO have rules set up to move messages
to a different folder in a different PST and I suspect that this is the
problem... but, I am unwilling to change this set-up. Why should I?... This
never happened with OL2002 or OL2000.

This is just one of many many bugs concerning Rules and mixing POP with
Exchange Server accounts. The QA testing folks were out to lunch for OL2003!

Just to be sure, do all your rules end in Stop Processing actions?

Well, no because there are other rules (all client side) that need to happen
afterwards. I have them expertly set-up. Maybe I'll move those rules up and
reaarange them so that the "Move" rules end with "Stop Processing."

CMM

Nope... it appears that my "Move" rules were already the last on the list
and have "Stop Processing" set. So what's the probem?

Do you have the "stop processing more rules" action on your rules? You
should.

ALL the rules are client-side rules. Not all have the "Stop Processing" set.
The last rule in the list does.
