When using Outlook 2003 I have the Junk Mail filter turned on.
However, when junk mail arrives it puts the unread count next to the
folder and puts the name in bold - usually a cue that something demands
action.
I want my junk mail filter to work quietly. I want - should I be so
possessed - to look in this folder myself and see what junk mail has
been filtered out; otherwise I don't want to even know it arrived. I
never want that bold name to bother me because. (This should be the
default behavior - it is in Apple's Mac Mail.app!)
Can anybody tell me how to make this user interface change?
