Hi,
I am creating a notification template in outlook 2000, and I insert an email
address (hyperlink) and when at the end I save it as .oft fromat, the email
address ( hyperlink) inside the template ( body of the email) doesn't work.
Any idea what should I do?
Thank you

what is the mail format? if plain text, you need to add mailto: to it.

My supervisor told me I need to cut and paste the HTML for the links when
creating the template, but I am not sure what he means. I tried in HTML
format but it didn't work.
