OL Express Rules

I am runnimg OL X 6.0. I want to set mail rules to !. Hold email on the
server if larger than say 400 kb; and also 2. Send email tp let me know there
is a large email waiting on the server. How do I create a rule for email that
has not downloaded to my OL X? How can these two rules be created so they
both are used? Bill.

Well, Milly, your answer didn't help me directly, but it did redirect me to
the correct source to get the help. Thanks for your time in responding to my
