OL 2k3 custom task folder templates

Is there a way to create a task folder template? I am using tasks to track
bids on specific projects, each project having a separate task folder.
Within this task folder - and only within this task folder - I need a
particular set of fields to appear on the overview page, and a handful of
user-defined fields. It isn't difficult to make these changes every time I
create a new project folder, but would prefer if I could create the folder
with the tweaks already in place.

Any help would be appreciated.

Create the folder the way you want it, then copy it whenever you need a new folder with all those characteristics.
