OL 2007 doesn't install

Forgve me, ladies and gentlemen, I previously posted this in what I think is
the wrong forum.

OL 2007 isn't included with my install of the Office Pro 2007 60 day trial.
I've followed all advice I've read elsewhere and have uninstalled OL 2003
specifically. However, OL 2007 is still not available on the installation
menu. I was using the OL 2007 Beta 2 with technical refresh very
successfully but now I am Outlook-less. Sure could use some help before I
have to start working tomorrow! Thanks!

JUST solved the problem. After the original installation (from two
downloaded files, not a CD) when I reran the installation I had several
options such as repair, convert, remove, etc., but no "custom installation"
option as on the original installation. Each time I ran repair, all of the
Outlook files had a big red X through them. By reading and rereading other
posts here, I finally figured out that if I RIGHT clicked on the main Outlook
file and selected "run all from my computer" Outlook 2007 installed, with no
apparent problems so far. It never occured to me to question that scary big
red X! Thanks for your help!

David,
How did you get access to the original two downloads to install OfficePro
2007? I have the same problem as you had but can't figure out hor to get to
the original files without going through the complete signup process. Thanks.

My best guess is that you selected "open" or run when you downloaded the
files originally. You need to "save" them on our hard drive in order to use
them multiple times.
