Cannot Re-Install Outlook 2007 Beta 2

I have been having some problems with OL 2007 "freezing" and a diagnostic
tool from MS suggested the problem was caused by incompatible OL 2003
component still installed. I uninstalled this from Control Panel. Shortly
after, I used installation DVD to install another component in Word 2007 and
then discovered that OL 2007 had been removed. On trying to re-install
OL2007, the DVD shows all components of OL 2007 as unavailable. I have
uninstalled OL & BCM 2007 and tried re-installing, but to no avail. Do you
have any ideas/suggestions as to how I can re-in stall the application (which
is excellent, by the way)?

Can you uninstall Outlook 2003 first?
Check if you can change unavailable with Outlook 2007 to install.
