Can anyone tell me how to stop the application from
placing emails in the Junk Mail box when the email
originator is on the safe senders list? These same email
originators are not on the blocked senders list.

Check to see if you have included a portion of the email address or the
domain in your junk senders list. Something as simple as "whole_earth" in
your junk senders list will block "earthlink" if you specified "earth" as a
blocked address.

Milly:

Thanks for the response. About 90% of my emails get
dumped to the Junk Mail box. When I download from my
email server I am able to see them appear for an instant
in the in box, then they are gone to Junk Mail. I have
repeatedly accessed the "actions" tab and used the "add
sender to safe senders list" without success. According
to what I read, the application is supposed to leave the
emails in the in box if the originator appears on the safe
senders list.

Regards,
BUD
