OL 2002 - Message Duplicated in Junk E-mail Folder

I have many rules that all work fine. One rule which directs emails from my
friend Laura put her e-mails into the correct sub-folder + makes a copy and
puts them into the Junk E-mail folder. Here address is NOT on the junk
senders list ... anyone have an idea on why this is happening and how to stop
it?

She must have a rule or an add-in that is doing it because Outlook 2002
doesn't even HAVE a Junk E-mail folder.
