We use an Okidata Microline 395 printer to print reports on 11 x 15
continuous form paper, single thickness.
Quite often a few pages will print correctly and then the ribbon will
dislodge from the ribbon guide system by itself and the printer continues to
print blank pages.
Does anyone have an idea what causes the ribbon to dislodge from the guide ?
