When I double click on a .jpg image in my documents I get
an error "Windows cannot find ois.exe" This program is
needed for opening files of type jpg. Any way to restore
this file or fix the problem.

<control panel>folders options>file types>"scroll down to JPG">change>Open
with< now choose a new program to associate with.
