OHOA.EXE

I want to know what does OHOA.EXE actually does. Is it a
Windows process? OR some advertisement spam process?
I have a cable internet connection so I always connect to
internet. Even if I dont open any browser, I keep on
getting ads!! I looked at the task manager and this
process is the only one which I cant find any description
anywhere. Please help me how to remove it...

That file is not part of Windows. May I suggest that you virus check your system with the latest definition for your AV program and check for any spyware with either/both of the following programs:
