offline pages

I am having a problem saving offline pages.

When trying a particular site (guitaralliance.com) I get an error message "unable to open URL".
I have tries the same thing in work and it works!
The problem must be on my PC but wnat. I run WindowsXP.

Any suggestions?

There was a popup there. Are you suppressing popups?

Yes I use Google pop-up suppressor but I have it switched off for the problem site

I have now switched it off altogether and the problem still exists

Any more ideas

Now that's it's off press Ctrl-F5 (in case the cached version doesn't
have the popup).

BTW what is the symptom exactly? For example, what happens
if you visit that site, set Work Offline and then press Ctrl-N?
