Offline Folders

I have a customer that is unable to fully synchronize his
mail store. I have tried everything I can think of from
new .ost, new profile, office 2000 reinstall, and
upgrading to Outlook 2003. He is only getting 1/3 of his
mail store to synch. I have done the scanost utility and
nothing has worked. The only fixes I can find on the
Knowledge base also are not working. I have created a new
profile, new .ost file, reinstalled office and even
upgraded to Outlook 2003. Any ideas out there?

are you using antivirus on the server? try disabling it and see if it works.
if so, you have a problem with some of the messages in the mailbox.

I had the same problem.

The problem is with messages that you can't open (or see)

Delete these, and everything will work fine...
