Offline Folders Disappear

I have setup a user to have his My Documents redirected to the H: drive on
the server, which sets up an automatic Offine Files function

Strange things have been happening lately. Even when he's in the office, and
has his H: drive, his My Documents will default back to C:\D&S... instead of
H: drive.

What's even stranger is if I go to Offline files and then choose view, I can
see his files all listed there.

If you open MY Docs, it's empty. If I setup H: drive as the default, it will
work again, but only for about a week or less.

Any ideas? I can't find anything on the knowledgebase.

Check your event logs first & report back with any errors, particularly
userenv ones. Also make sure all your domain clients have the User Profile
Hive Cleanup utility installed.

No needto crosspost to*quite* so many groups - a small handful of relevant
groups will suffice.
