Office XP Service Pack 3

The service pack won't install asking for PROPET.MSI which
doesn't show up on the original install CD. I bought
Office XP Professional version off the shelf at Best Buy
over a year ago. OS - XP Home. I'm having a stability
problem in Access that is suppose to be address with this
Service Pack. Help
